The industrial brokerage business is a business of relationships, a "contact sport" to be done in person, if possible. When I am in the field, I always say "give me five minutes in your office and I will double or triple your real estate IQ. It will be information you can use, not a "data dump."
The technology is always improving and I have tried to stay ahead it. Here's how I will back up the claim to upgrade your real estate IQ. First option is viewing the customized building brochures, available building summaries, building sales data and all other pertinent information right from my tablet. I am ready to do business right now with my information on hand. I'll have you "driving" the tablet in just a few minutes. My competitors will be back with their presentation, probably emailed, next week. Second option is using Chromecast, a Google device. If you have a flat screen TV in your office or conference room with HDMI connectivity, I'll insert the Chromecast plug-in device direct to your flat screen so that my handheld tablet can communicate with the flat screen to display any images I choose. That feature bypasses your computer hard drive which means no intrusion to your company's data by me. My theory is that much of the "heavy lifting" to fulfill your requirement can be completed direct from your office, before any building tours. That's best use of your time.
Everyone is this business has some sort of "trick bag" for features to use in a presentation. Without question, my bag is the best, 42 years in the making. I'll include my skill set, judgment and high standard of professionalism to complete the task.
